Lets be truthful here... I flubbed up... when making the recipes i did the meat for i guess it would be the phase 3 of it all at 100 grams which is incorrect so that would explain my weight gain of about a pound

Measurements as follows (all are in inches)
Right Arm 15 prev week 16.5 so a net loss of 1.5 inches
Left Arm 15 prev week 16.5 another net loss of 1.5 inches
Right thigh 26 prev week 29 net loss of 3 inches
left thigh 27 prev week 28 net loss of 1 inch
Chest 48 previous week 50 net loss 2 inches
Waist 45 previous week 46 net loss 1 inch
hips 49.5 previous week 51 so a loss of 1.5 inches
total inches lost is as follows: 12.5 inches over my whole body :)
cant wait to see next weeks
