Day 6

yes...
Today i had the most yum for dinner... I prepared the Chili from the Cookbook... Fresh onion, Tomatoes and lean meat... with cayenne, chili powder oregano, and garlic YUM...that was for dinner
Had my 2 apples, my eggs for breakfast, and i had a great turkey burger (just the patty) with some romaine lettuce, tomato, onion and salsa...  :)
I realized yesterday or today... that I have a food addiction... Carbs and sweets and chips calling my name before... Now that i have " DETOXED" i am not having any cravings... i could care less if my DH has chips or sweets...
