Day 15

weigh in 223 yes that is 11.8 lbs lost in 15 days... and yes that was 2 Lbs lost as well in a day :)
I had for breakfast 3 scrambled eggs with salsa
lunch a chicken breast with some romaine lettuce, onions, tomatoes and salsa for the dressing... YUMMY
then for dinner i made a soup the night before and it had chicken broth with garlic, onions, chicken, tomatoes, basil oregano cayenne and black pepper... boy was it spicy but it was so good...
today i really was tempted almost ate a cookie... but refrained from doing so... I want to be good on this diet and lose the weight... i dont want anything i do to jeopardize the weight loss...
tomorrow is Friday you know what that means...
