Saturday... fun times...

today i made scrambled eggs for breakfast with garlic, onions black pepper and mustard... YUMMY
then for lunch and dinner i made a salad...
romaine lettuce, some cabbage, 1/2 tomato chopped, chopped onions, some green onions, and then some hillshire farms chicken sandwich meat...
for a dressing i used the following...3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with the following spices...
cumin (1 shake)
mustard powder(1shake)
Black Pepper (1 Shake)
cayenne pepper (1shake)
and then i mixed it together with a fork...
Then drizzled over my salad...
I had an apple for a snack and then while at dland(yes we went to disneyland today) i had a banyan (spicy) beef skewer from the bengal bbq which is my fave...
I may have cheated a little...
Other than that i did good... we waited until after 4 pm to go to the park..I was not tempted at all to get any sweets or junk...
