Day 3

Weigh in today at 232.8
breakfast: 3 Scrambled eggs with Onions, Green bell peppers and spinich... oh and some black Pepper... YUM and filling... Had a hard time eating all that food...
Looks very appetizing huh? for lunch i had chicken with aspargus and bell peppers and onions and spinich... yeah that didnt fare well... for dinner Steak with onions... Much better...
