Already day 5 and down 5LBS... WoooHoo
had 2 apples, 3 eggs hardboiled, Chicken tomatoes and romaine lettuce... Then for dinner meat with green peppers and onions and red chili pepper and garlic powder...
Hunger pains... then when i drank water they went away... noticing difference between hunger pains and thirsty pains...
Went grocery shorpping bought some broth chicken and beef... Some more spices... I need to find melba toast or not... it seems that is ok if i dont... not too much of a big deal...
cant wait to see how the scale goes tomorrow...
