Day 1 Loading

Ok so this is day One... I weigh in at 234.4 LBS...
My measurements are as follows (all are in inches)
Right Arm 16.5
Left Arm 16.5
Chest 50
Waist 46
Hips 51
Right Thigh 29
Left Thigh 28
Today and Tomorrow are what they call loading days... i can eat what i want for the most part keeping a full feeling... they say to load up on more fatty foods rather than sweets and carbs...
On the 4th day i should see a change on the scale...
I will be keeping track of this on a daily basis for the next 40 days... This is my online journal...
About Halfway through on day 20 I will post what exactly i am doing with more details... I just want to get the first half completed before i say anything... cause i tend to jinx myself... and lose motivation... Every Friday i will post my measurements and everyday i will be posting my weight loss
I will also type in what i have been eating for breakfast lunch and dinner...
So heres to day 1
so basically i ate tons today... i had a brownie this morning... i couldnt resist since i will be giving up sweets for the next 40 days and possibly the rest of my life...and it was a small portion and it was good... i also had tator tots and 2 pieces of sausage... i had a apple as a mid morning snack.... at lunch we ordered in with olive garden and i ordered the chicken ceasar salad...YUM... with 2 bread sticks... then i had a piece of strawberry shortcake that one of my coworkers brought in for Valentines day... and for dinner we had chicken from el pollo loco.... that was load day # 1
Lets see how load day # 2 goes...
I have bought my spinich and green bell pepper, onion... Eggs, aspargus... eating healthier is the key to this whole thing... I am excited...
