Here are a few things i find to have essential in your pantry while doing the HCG diet…
- Swanson's chicken and beef broth
- Apple Cider vinegar
- Spices such as Cayenne pepper, garlic salt, garlic, ground cumin, black pepper, Turmeric ‘
- Tomato sauce and paste
if you have those that will help out a lot…
i usually would throw things together… either it is going to be a hit or a miss…
but you will never know unless you try it:)
