Eve of starting…

Hello everyone… Back from my trip and it was a wonderful time… I was able to keep up with my husband… which for me is unusual… either he is slowing down or i am picking up the pace or maybe it is a happy medium… The picture above is from our weekend… that is what a total of 25LBS lost looks like… a quarter of the way to my goal…
I start tomorrow on load day 1… I am excited to start cycle 2 or round 2…
