i actually last weighed in at 211.4 so i had gained not quite 5 LBS… oh well… will lose it now :)
breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs…
Lunch: Tomato sauce with apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, cayenne, black pepper, chives, onions, garlic, garlic salt… and some chicken… It was spicy… but good… made me slow down and really enjoy my lunch… for dinner i just had some chicken…
had some apples with cinnamon on it…
boring day… helped to clean around the house…
