Weigh in 213.4

Ok a little more hungry but then again could be thirst pains too…

breakfast 3 eggs with home made salsa

banana (might be an oops)

some chicken and beef with some lettuce, onions, parsley, and home made salsa

apple  :)

chicken soup *chicken broth, chicken, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cilantro, and a mix of others… spices that is…

it cleaned out my nose…

i can not believe i am on day 4 only 36 more to go :)

not really craving and sweets… which is a good thing… or salty carbs either…
