Photo Update!!!!

me at 206 52910 001 This is me  as of Saturday the 29th… at 206.8 LBS so excited… that blouse is a size 14/16 and the pants are a little loose… I think the pants are a size 18… and those shoes i bought 2 years ago for one of my Dear Hubby’s Christmas parties… I am making progress…

The Picture below is me at the end of my first cycle literally on day 40… Arria 1st birthday 133so i was at 212.4 LBS… progress being made little by little…

2.2.10, .11

So on day 10 which was Sunday i weighed in at a svelte 207.4 and today, day 11 which is Monday i weighed in at 206.8… If i am down to 205.8 tomorrow i will have lost a total of 30LBS… with the HCG diet…

That is the most weight i have lost using one diet alone EVER!!! this is HUGE! Today for dinner i made chicken with restaurant style salsa that i bought from Albertsons…Recipe as follows… 

Chicken

Capful of Apple cider vinegar

a sprinkle of garlic salt

and 1/2 cup of salsa…

cut chicken up… Throw in pan and heat … Throw in the capful of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, with the SPRINKLE OF GARLIC SALT… after about 2 mins or so add a 1/4 cup of Salsa in and keep heating, while stirring… once chicken is done put in bowl or on plate, add another 1/4 cup of SALSA…

some things essential for the HCG diet

Here are a few things i find to have essential in your pantry while doing the HCG diet…

  • Swanson's chicken and beef broth
  • Apple Cider vinegar
  • Spices such as Cayenne pepper, garlic salt, garlic, ground cumin, black pepper, Turmeric ‘
  • Tomato sauce and paste

if you have those that will help out a lot…

i usually would throw things together… either it is going to be a hit or a miss…

but you will never know unless you try it:)

I will post this in one

Only because i have been so tired lately and such and busy…

My Stats for Thursday is 208.8 Yes that is a 2 pound drop…

Friday stats as follows 208.6 yes while it is only a slight drop it is still a drop in weight… i will take the two tenths of a pound…

and then on Saturday 208.4 another two tenths of a pound..

Stats on my inches as follows    following column is the previous weeks

only about 36 more days to go... so excited...
weigh in was at 210.8
had a crazy day today...
breakfast eggs with spinich, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers and salsa...
apple for snack
salad with some chicken for lunch
and with a few meetings that  i was very active at and going to a friends house after i kind of didnt prepare well...
we shall see what the scale says tomorrow

So excited… almost to where i was at when i finished the last cycle… I have so much to loose…

Had 2 apples

3 eggs with homemade salsa

and black pepper

lunch i had a concoction that i made with tomato sauce chicken and other fine spices…

dinner same…

Ok a little more hungry but then again could be thirst pains too…

breakfast 3 eggs with home made salsa

banana (might be an oops)

some chicken and beef with some lettuce, onions, parsley, and home made salsa

apple  :)

chicken soup *chicken broth, chicken, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cilantro, and a mix of others… spices that is…

it cleaned out my nose…

i can not believe i am on day 4 only 36 more to go :)

not really craving and sweets… which is a good thing… or salty carbs either…

i actually last weighed in at 211.4 so i had gained not quite 5 LBS… oh well… will lose it now :)

breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs…

Lunch: Tomato sauce with apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, cayenne, black pepper, chives, onions, garlic, garlic salt… and some chicken… It was spicy… but good… made me slow down and really enjoy my lunch… for dinner i just had some chicken…

had some apples with cinnamon on it…

boring day… helped to clean around the house…

Went to my parents today… This is the load day #2 so Sunday i am on the strict diet of 40 days with spices, 500 protein calories and 15 cups of veggies oh and 3 apples a day… Eating 6 times… and stopping at 7pm… I am looking forward to this… It is always a challenge… but am ready to see the scale go down in the numbers instead of up…

I think by the fourth day i saw numbers decline on the last round i did….

I gained about 14 inches back… Whoops that is not so good… and 3.4 lbs… hopefully i can loose this with in the first week… i can do this :)

Lunch: ceaser wrap and fries
Dinner: tacos
Downsize round 2 002   there is a lot wrong in this picture… first of all it is a large and my pants are about a 16w so i will wear this same outfit at the 1/2 way point (day 20) and then again when i am done with my 40 days…  I can not wait to lose the muffin top… gross…

Eve of starting…

birthday Trip 078 Hello everyone… Back from my trip and it was a wonderful time… I was able to keep up with my husband… which for me is unusual… either he is slowing down or i am picking up the pace or maybe it is a happy medium… The picture above is from our weekend… that is what a total of 25LBS lost looks like… a quarter of the way to my goal…
I start tomorrow on load day 1… I am excited to start cycle 2 or round 2…
