Getting on track...
Attempting to be good is really hard... Tonight i went to bed with out dinner... Hey I went to lay down and take a nap... I was not expecting to nap until 1030pm... I took a 5.5 hour nap... I need to get my booty in gear and really start to work out... i am hoping i can go to my Friends Zumba Class on Friday at 6pm... It is so hard to want to work out when it is so hot out... And espicially since our A/C is out... Trying to count my points and then will work on the working out... need to get back to doing my weights... Just wanted to check in...

YUCK....
I have a few trouble spots... one of them being underneath my arms... My Grandma Bev had the same problem... Fat just seems to accumulate under there... YUCK!!! So That is why I have been focusing on my weights to work my arms and lose some inches off of there...
And then there is my tummy section... Yes it is like having a 2nd boob section... this is where i need to focus on the cardio... I am working on it all... Little by little will equal one big step... I working on trying to become the best me i can be....

third times a charm really....
I am back... I am trying for the third time to get it right... This is not a diet it is a lifestyle change... We are doing this as a group and sharing what works for us and what not... I love it... So far so good...i am already down 4lbs... i got really sick and had lost a total of 7LBs in the first week which is not good... it was about 5 LBS of water weight and i got a bit dehydrated... so really only a loss of 2LBS...
I found some bread that is 1 point a piece... Orowheat Double Fiber mini loaf... and then for breakfast i am drinking Carnation instant breakfast which is a total of 2 points... i have been having pineapple, canteloupe and some watermelon...
Working on the Exercise routine that a Friend on the Blog has set up for us weights on mon, wed, fri and cardio on tues, thurs and then a mix of both on saturday... Then nothing on Sunday (day of rest)... so, i enjoy the weights so far... cardio sucks... but it has to be done... will start to journal more now that the first 30 days has gone through... I had a set goal to lose 6 LBs in one month but i didnt make it... I am sweating a lot due to the hotness that the summer brings... More later love you all

Day 1.2
So i decided that i would start on a saturday since well i am home and can do better...
well i just weighed myself and i am at 232.2 ***so still at 28 points...

day 1.2???
Ok i am starting over now i will be posting like this...
day 1.2 the .2 at the end of the one will represent my second attempt... that way we do not get confused... I will be starting over as of tomorrow... Yes i know on a friday what is up with that... I have more info and will post some more points calculations and how i am attempting at getting organized with everything... Yes i am portioning out my food... I know you all think i am nuts, I have to do this... it is the best way i know how...

Day 12
today weigh in at 234.00
had migraine came home slept and then woke up weigh in again 231.6...
i will take it... made my small goal... new goal 227.2
that is another 5 pounds...

tomorrow will be better... went to the dr and got a note to have the lights taken out at work and got new medicine... no longer on midrin and now on imitrix and they gave me something for the naseusness....

a whole 2LBs since i have been doing this... yes...
My goal really is to lose a pound per week and right now my small goal is 5LBS... when i hit that i will be setting another small goal ... so now you see what my total goals are...

This week has been stressful at work... today they had a lunch at work and bought pizza that was very nice of them and they had salad and cookies... i skipped out on the pizza but did have salad (good choice to go with my sandwhich) and then i had a cookie instead of my baked lays i was planning on having... I was not tempted at all... I was very proud of myself...

DAY 3
Started out well ... weigh in 236.00...
yes you read that right a whole 1.2LBS... then it went down hill from there...
While i really didnt want to wake up this morning and then go to work I finally made it (554am) i really need to give myself some more time really... I was out of the door by 603am... at my friends house to carpool by 617am... (we need to be there by 615am so we can be ready to leave by no later than 620am) we made it to work... then about 5 mins after i sat in my chair at work i got my dreaded crazy eyesight... which to me is a sign that i am getting a migraine... I popped 2 of my red migraine pills and ate an apple (2pnts) a friend gave me and some almonds (4pnts)... and then the blurred vision went away and then i felt really tired... i went to the quiet room at around 830am (i took a few calls at work and just was having a hard time with it) layed down by 9am i got really lightheaded and barely made it to the bathroom... so yes my migraines make me bulemic... It got so bad i had to call DH to come pick me up... he brought me home and i proceeded to take a 4.5 hour nap... I went and weighed myself when i got up again with clothes on this time (my pj's) and i am now at 235.00
so now down 2.2 LBS... so now i have to figure out how to eat 28 points between 330pm and 830pm at night... NUTS...

I totally failed to jump on the scale today and i will most likely not make it to the scale tomorrow... I am failing before i have really begun...

HELLO....
Ok as of Monday January 26th i will start my second term on Weight watchers... but not offcially with WW... I have the tools and I am going to attempt to this with out the help of the weight watchers...
Tomorrow I will put in my offcial Weight and inches on everything and clock in what exactly i have done through out the day and what i have eaten an such...
I know that i can only have 28 points per day...
last i weighed i was at 236...
So wish me luck on my new journey to downsize my dress size!
I want to lose a total of at least 60lbs... 100lbs would be optimal, but i would be happy with 60 at this point... when i drop the 60 i will reevaluate and see where i want to go from there...
