My goal really is to lose a pound per week and right now my small goal is 5LBS... when i hit that i will be setting another small goal ... so now you see what my total goals are...

I totally have to figure something out for dinner... I have no idea...
This week has been stressful at work... today they had a lunch at work and bought pizza that was very nice of them and they had salad and cookies... i skipped out on the pizza but did have salad (good choice to go with my sandwhich) and then i had a cookie instead of my baked lays i was planning on having... I was not tempted at all... I was very proud of myself...
