Same eating habits as i usually have…
For Friday i took a nap at 445pm and didn't get up until 845 so yes a 4 hour nap with no dinner… by the time i got up it was too late to have one… oh well
On Saturday i went for a walk with a friend about a 20 min brisk walk… I had tons of errands to run…
For dinner i had chicken… grilled on the BBQ marinaded in apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and some grilled chicken seasoning… YUMMY!
