Day 12

today weigh in at 234.00
had migraine came home slept and then woke up weigh in again 231.6...
i will take it... made my small goal... new goal 227.2
that is another 5 pounds...

i had eaten about 2 points worth of almonds
and about 3 bites of pudding... and two slices of oranges... but that came back up when i got my migraine...

tomorrow will be better... went to the dr and got a note to have the lights taken out at work and got new medicine... no longer on midrin and now on imitrix and they gave me something for the naseusness....

I just need a good cry and i am finding already that i am sabatoging myself... its like i dont think i am good enough to be healthy and that subconsiously i am trying to kill myself... WHY WOULD I DO THAT TO MYSELF?
